Healing Circle or Support Group?

Updated: Jan 9

“Human progress is evolutionary, and, therefore, mistakes and errors are inevitable. The only real tragedy is to become older not wiser.” Daily Reflections from Dr. David R. Hawkins.

Healing Circles have been around for centuries and existed throughout many cultures around the world. They are often traced back to indigenous communities in Africa, North America, and Australia. These circles were considered the main source of healing and were honored as a scared ritual by the tribe. Traditionally, there was a medicine man or spiritual master present to lead the group into a healing environment or higher frequency.

In modern times, healing circles have become very popular with the new age community. In the fields of psychology and spirituality healing circles were adapted as a form of support. People seeking emotional support, sense of community, empowerment, stress relief and personal growth would use these circles to find solace. These groups encouraged sharing life stories, and have represented a pseudo family through life and death. Members often passionately articulated their devastating medical histories, emotional traumas, and lack of spiritual faith. My concern is that these modern-day groups may not lead to a deep healing opportunity.

The year 2025 is offering a chance to raise the frequency, so healing circles can once again be a true form of Self medicine. Forty years ago, I participated in many truly enlightened groups and usually after an intense yoga practice. The thread that held these groups sacred was less chatting and more inner spiritual or non dual work. I recently researched international healing groups and what I discovered greatly disappointed me. Over the years, healing circles have seemed to turn into "book club-like" meetings with limited intentional healing. Achieving a higher consciousness didn’t seem to be a priority of these modern-day groups.

The TRUTH is that people don’t heal their bodies with their minds.

Real healing does not come from sharing stories—it comes from stepping away from the stories or endless mental medical problems—yours and others in a group setting. The Universal Spiritual Laws govern that we manifest what we think and talk about. Forming a group to discuss cancer stories keeps the fear of cancer alive. I am sure the groups do support their members in other beneficial ways, but a TRUE HEALING circle is meant to heal. This is very different than a support group. Unless the intention or vibration is high enough to support a shift in consciousness, the person will unfortunately, stay the same.

As a teacher of consciousness, I recommend finding a true healing circle. The circle must be led by a person (master healer) with a strong vibration and a high level of consciousness (muscle test). Our bodies end up not healing because of the mind. The mind is not our friend when it is in a constant state of negative mental loops. A negative and fearful mind keeps the body sick. If you are looking to heal, the mind must be stilled. Learn to choose a circle that includes inner work. Breath work and meditation will allow a frequency shift to occur. Once connected to this higher vibration, a person is reconnected with source (God) and can heal. True healing circles goals are that of transmutation.

Transmutation is the act or process of changing something completely, especially into a different form. The photo above is of the Blue Lagoon in Malta. Water represents consciousness and is constantly transmuting and changing form.

If you are ready to transmute, my next remote healing circle is February 4th, 2025. Details will follow. All you have to do is sit back, close your eye, and transform yourself.
