October 2025, Fall Cleanse…The Deepest of all Cleanses

Updated: Oct 10

This year’s fall detox is a little unorthodox to what most of us consider a healthy dietary cleanse. While many are creating elixirs to cleanse parasites, juicing organic vegetables for ultimate beauty or using colonics to promote an inner intestinal glow, this year I am suggesting the deepest of all cleanses—housekeeping. It is time to detox our environment.

Did you know that your home reflects the inner state of your body? Yes, detoxing your living environment is extremely important especially, if you are battling a disease. Clutter and an unclean house will most likely be at the root of many of your health concerns. So, ask yourself: Is clutter a problem? Are you one of those people who can’t let go of old stuff? Or are you simply too busy to take the time to clean? Try to reflect upon why there isn’t more order in your home and more health in your body.

In the past, I noticed when I was doing a general colon cleanse, my energy was extremely low at the beginning, but then there was a shift, as my body clicked into fast forward. During this energized period, I found that cleaning the house was actually comforting. So, you might start the October cleanse with morning juices, but make sure to transition to housekeeping, because the body, mind, and heart need to be transformed. A clear mind and healthy body are the results of a clean and uncluttered environment.

I hadn’t thought much about the important of a clean and uncluttered home until I remembered years ago when I did a home visit for a very sick client. She and her husband were both in advance stages of cancer and basically homebound. The minute I stepped into their house, death greeted me with the most negative, fearful, sad, and hopeless energy. My client had hired a caretaker, but her job was to cook meals and make sure medications were taken. Unfortunately, she wasn’t there to clean and declutter.

What really needed to happen was to open the windows, mop and sweep the floors, and declutter the entire space. All the death energy had to be released and replaced with life or a reason to live. My clients were so busy going to doctors’ appointments that a calm and peaceful home had no longer become important. Unfortunately, they gave all their precious life force to medical treatments that never quite gave back. The sad thing is that it wasn’t long after my visit when this woman and her husband left their bodies and transitioned back to the spirit world.

Maybe our lives and homes aren't as bleak as the story above, but I will assure you, everyone needs to detox their environments especially, if the TV is set on Breaking News and constantly playing as background noise.

An eight-step cleansing procedure:

  1. For the entire month of October, break the 4 weeks into rooms of the house. For example, use the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom as your detox mission.

  2. On Week 1: Detox and clean the kitchen. Week 2: Detox the living room. Week 3: Detox the bedroom and finally, Week 4: Clean and organize the bathroom.

  3. Start the cleaning process in each room by first sitting on the floor and lighting a candle. Close your eyes and access your higher Self. Ask the room (no, I am not kidding) and your higher Self what needs to be trashed, cleaned and reorganized. What can you do to shift the energy to encourage a peaceful living space? Trust the messages received.

  4. A REMINDER: We are all Multi-Sensing beings, and it is time to embrace our birthright. Please stop acting like simple 5-Sensing Muggles. Do you hear me? The time is now to wake up and step it up..

  5. Continue with the next room. Closed your eyes and really feel the space. Talk to the room like it is your best forgotten friend.

  6. As you go from room to room, clean with SOULFUL purpose and a solution of white vinegar and essential oil of lemon. Get rid of all harsh chemical products like bleach—Chlorox. Bleach destroys the inner lining in the lungs and very toxic for the planet.

  7. Throughout the house add: fresh flowers, dry eucalyptus, and a diffuser of essential oil to shift the energy. Try lighting a candle and maybe add little Christmas lights even when it is not Christmas. Finally, sounding off chimes in each room will complete the detox.

  8. Finally, daily open the windows and doors wide to escort out the old stale energy and foul human smells from the entire living space.

As we clean with a strong intention to shift the energy and evolve our souls—magic happens. Angels and spirits may come to visit more often to help keep the energy sacred. Moving into the years with the sacred means creating a specific place to pray, meditate, and move our bodies. The house is not just a space for our egos to show off our expensive possessions. Instead, our home should be a sanctuary and a true place for growth, renewal, and the evolution of the soul.

Happy cleaning.
